Community Manager

Due to company growth, we're looking for a Community Manager to join our growing team!

You'll be responsible for a portfolio of great properties in NW DC.

You'll be responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction, and working with others to manage a small leasing and maintenance team.  You'll also be actively involved in leasing.

To be successful in this role, you'll need multi-site community management experience, and a strong focus on resident relations.  You'll need experience with variance reporting, budget-setting and reforecasting, and other property management reporting.  You'll need to be flexible, motivated, high-energy, with a positive outlook and a knack for troubleshooting.  The ability to develop and mentor employees, and a sense of humor, are also essential.
