Our property management company is focused on providing superior customer service for all of our residents.  Many of the communities in our portfolio have been designed and renovated by our own development and general contracting teams, and we've taken care to provide designs and finishes that create an exceptional living experience.  As a member of our leasing team, you can make a real difference in our residents' lives by finding the right apartment home for them, and by providing exceptional ongoing customer service during their time with us.  As a member of our team, you'll also provide support to your fellow team members, and have the opportunity to enjoy a highly collaborative team culture and the opportunity to rapidly develop and grow with us.

The Role

You'll be instrumental in helping people find out about our communities through creative marketing and outreach activities.  You'll conduct tours that help to match prospective residents with their ideal apartment homes, showcasing our exceptional amenities and creative floorplans.  You'll demonstrate the attributes of the fantastic neighborhoods where our communities are located.  You'll follow up with leads to ensure they can see and feel the type of superior customer service and attentiveness they can expect to receive as a resident.

We currently have two full-time opportunities available - one is a roving position working within our DC portfolio, and the other is a fixed-site position at one of our communities in Montgomery Village, MD.
