Position title: Asset Management Analyst
Reports to: Director, Asset Management
Hours: Monday-Friday, typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, exempt role
Location: In-office in NE Washington, DC
Compensation: $65K-$100K based on experience, eligible for bonus
Position description:
This role supports the Director of Asset Management to ensure investor reporting is accurate, timely and accessible by our investors and Principals, and that requests for information are responded to effectively and professionally. Responsibilities include: pulling information from several software systems; developing a strong understanding of UIP’s online and offline filing systems; creating and checking reports; working on spreadsheets; maintaining various corporate accounts online; budgeting; and traveling to properties, city offices, and other local locations, as needed.
By performing the following functions, the Asset Management Analyst helps to ensure investor satisfaction and that requirements are met in compliance with relevant laws and regulations:
